StereoLithography- The First Choice in Rapid-Prototyping
  Market-tested, this widely respected technology combines speed, precision and versatility to produce a solid, three-dimensional model, in a matter of hours.  Using an ultraviolet laser beam, a Stereolithography Apparatus (SLA) scans a single cross section of your CAD design onto a vat of liquid photopolymer resin.  The resin is transformed from liquid to solid in thin, highly accurate layers.  This computer-driven process is repeated, layer-by-layer, until the model is complete. Parts are then finished and painted as needed, to bring you a replica of your production parts for design meetings, customer show and tell, fitment, review, etc.

Urethane Mold Parts- For small pre production runs. This process gets you small batches of the parts you need in a material simular to your production parts.

Proto Castings- A SLA part is used to make a pattern for poured metal samples. This is more cost efficent than machining a part.
